1. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity performed through it. You must provide accurate information and notify Qloud of any unauthorized access.
2. Acceptable Use
You may not use Loftia to:
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other players.
• Use cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized software.
• Disrupt the game or attempt to access restricted systems.
• Share illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Buy, sell, or transfer accounts outside authorized systems.
Violations may result in restrictions, suspension, or account termination.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create. By sharing content through Loftia, you grant Qloud permission to host, display, modify, and distribute it as necessary to operate and promote the game.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
4. Purchases and Virtual Items
Loftia may offer virtual currency, cosmetic items, subscriptions, or other digital content. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated.
Prices, availability, and features may change. Purchases are subject to applicable laws and the policies of the payment platform used.
5. Intellectual Property
Loftia and its artwork, characters, software, music, interfaces, trademarks, and other content belong to Qloud or its licensors.
