Traveler End User License Agreement

Last updated: 23/09/2026

1. Agreement and scope
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is an agreement between you and Aiko IT Systems ("we", "us", or "Traveler") for the Traveler game software, its updates, and Traveler-operated in-game features (together, the "Game"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install, access, or use the Game.

If you obtain the Game through Steam, your use of Steam and your purchase are also governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement, Valve's applicable policies, and any store terms shown at purchase. Valve is not a party to this EULA and is not responsible for the Game or this EULA.

If you are not legally able to agree to this EULA where you live, a parent or legal guardian must make that decision where applicable.

2. Licence
Subject to this EULA and the applicable platform terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Game for your own personal, non-commercial play. The Game is licensed, not sold. No ownership right in the Game, its code, art, music, writing, trademarks, or other content is transferred to you.

3. Acceptable use
You may not, except where mandatory law permits it:
  • copy, redistribute, rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit the Game or access to it;
  • remove or obscure copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works from the Game;
  • bypass ownership checks, access controls, security controls, protected codes, or platform restrictions;
  • use cheats, automation, exploits, or unauthorized software to interfere with the Game or Traveler-operated services; or
  • use the Game or its online features unlawfully, maliciously, or in a way that disrupts other people or the service.
You may share ordinary gameplay screenshots, videos, and streams, provided you do not imply that they are official or use them unlawfully.

4. Updates and online features
We may provide patches, content changes, compatibility fixes, or security updates. Updates may be needed for the Game or a platform feature to continue working. We do not promise that every update, optional integration, cloud-save feature, Discord feature, or Steam feature will always be available or compatible with every device.

Cloud saves, Discord integrations, game-stat features, screenshot sharing, and official bots are optional. They may rely on third-party services and can be changed, suspended, or discontinued when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or operation of the Game. Keep appropriate local copies of your saves; cloud storage is not a guaranteed backup service.

5. Privacy and feedback
Your use of the Game is also described in the Traveler Privacy Policy at https://traveler-rpg.dev/privacy.html. Local saves remain on your device unless you choose an optional cloud-save feature. Automatic diagnostics can be disabled in-game at any time. A player-submitted bug report or screenshot is an explicit, separate action.

If you send feedback or a bug report, you allow us to use it to investigate, reproduce, fix, and improve Traveler. You keep ownership of your original contribution; you grant only the limited permission necessary for those purposes. Please do not send information you do not want us or our support providers to process.

6. Suspension and termination
This EULA remains in effect while you use the Game. We may suspend or limit a Traveler-operated feature when reasonably necessary to address security, fraud, repeated misuse, a material breach of this EULA, or legal requirements. You may stop using the Game at any time. If this EULA ends because of your material breach, you must stop using the Game, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Disclaimers and liability
The Game is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that the Game or its online features will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in this EULA excludes or limits consumer rights, warranties, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aiko IT Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the Game or optional online features. This does not affect liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Changes and contact
We may update this EULA as Traveler changes. The current version will be made available at https://traveler-rpg.dev/eula.html and, where configured, through Steam. Material changes will be made available before or when they take effect.

Questions about this EULA can be sent to support@traveler-rpg.dev. For legal or privacy requests, contact suuyasha@traveler-rpg.dev. See also the Traveler Terms of Service at https://traveler-rpg.dev/terms.html.
