By playing House Zero you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.

• House Zero is a social casino game. Chips are play money: they can't be bought, sold, traded for money, cashed out or withdrawn, and they have no value outside the game.
  
• Zero Coins can be earned or bought and only unlock cosmetic items. They never turn into chips or money.
  
• No prizes of real value are ever awarded. Practice or success at social casino gaming doesn't imply future success at real-money gambling.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). One account per person.

House Zero has public chat, table chat, direct and group messages, clubs, names and profiles. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You must not post or send:

• harassment, bullying, threats or hate speech, including attacks on anyone's race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or nationality;
  
• sexual or pornographic content, or anything involving minors;
  
• violent, graphic or illegal content, or encouragement of self-harm;
  
• spam, scams, advertising, or links to real-money gambling;
  
• other people's personal information.

No cheating, bots, exploiting bugs, multiple accounts, or selling or transferring accounts or chips. We may reverse winnings or remove items gained this way.

Purchases of Zero Coins and unlocks are made through Steam and follow Steam's refund policy. Items are licensed to your account for use in the game, and refunded or charged-back purchases are removed from your account.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. The game is provided as it is; features, games and items may change or be removed.

House Zero is a social casino game played with play money. Chips and Zero Coins have no cash value and can never be cashed out, traded or withdrawn. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

• Account details: your Steam ID and Steam display name and picture. We never receive your password or your email address.
  
• Gameplay: your chip and Zero Coin balances, bets and results, levels, quests, cosmetics, clubs, and leaderboard positions.
  
• Messages: what you post in public chat, table chat, direct messages, group and club chats, including GIFs and stickers, and reports you make.
  
• Purchases: which items you bought and Steam's order reference. Payment details are handled entirely by Steam; we never see them.
  
• Security data: when you sign in or open the game: your IP address, the country it's in, how you signed in and which app or browser you used. We use it to keep accounts safe and to spot duplicate or abusive accounts. IP addresses are deleted after 30 days; after that we keep only a one-way hash of them.
  
• Region: when you open the store, the state or region your connection is in, and for Steam purchases the state on your Steam account. We use it only to switch off real-money purchases where the law requires it (for example Washington State in the US), and we keep only whether purchases are off for you.

• To run the game: your account, wallet, progress and multiplayer tables.
  
• To show other players your name, picture, level, cosmetics, club and messages.
  
• To deliver purchases and handle refunds.
  
• To keep the game fair and safe: moderation, the chat filter, reports, and preventing cheating and multi-account abuse.

We don't sell your data, show ads, or use advertising trackers.

• Steam (Valve) for sign-in and purchases.
  
• KLIPY for GIF search in chat (your search terms go to KLIPY with an anonymous id).
  
• Cloudflare for secure connections to our server.

We keep your account while it's active. Chat messages may be kept for moderation. Automatic backups are deleted after 30 days, apart from one a month that's kept for a year. When you delete your account (see below), your name, picture and sign-in links are erased; anonymous game and purchase records are kept for accounting and fraud prevention.

• Block or report players in the game.

House Zero is for adults (18+). It contains simulated gambling. Practice or success at social casino gaming doesn't imply future success at real-money gambling.
