11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

12. Non-transferable
Without our prior written consent, you may not assign this agreement by law or other means. Any assignment of this agreement without our prior written consent is invalid. Although the title of this article is non-transferable, we are free to transfer or assign this agreement without any restriction. Subject to the foregoing provisions, this agreement is binding and beneficial to the parties and their successors and the agreed transferee.
13. Other
(a) Entire agreement.
