Great game. Deep stories to explore, settlements to nurture or exploit, a nice free world to go and play in, and it look pretty good too.

You wake on a beach, naked but somehow with a rock and a torch in an unseen inventory. It's an experience. Community ranges from Savagely Toxic, to pretty nice guys. Frequent updates make it stay fun

Useful, not a system hog and cheap. I've tried others and this is the best one so far. I'll keep trying new ones, but this is the program that taught me how to hit with flick shots.

It's like Dwarf Fortress, but on the surface, and running a for-profit prison. Works well in locked down quarantine, as this is a great eater of time. Get the DLC, the Criminally Insane are fun.

This is digital crack. It's one of those games you find yourself engrossed in after five minutes, only to resurface at five AM, wondering how you managed to forget to do anything else.
