One of the most disappointing sequels I've played. Worse mechanics, terrible level design, bad writing ruins several characters, lengthy walking sections, and terribly unfunny humor. Avoid.

A great prequel to The New Order. More story, more fun (if unpolished) action, zombies, and a double-barreled shotgun! Wouldn't change your mind if you didn't like TNO, but more goodness if you did.

A jenky but fun over-the-top explosion of blood and guts. Shockingly good writing and characters support a silly story and made me care about all of the explosions happening onscreen.

I am obligated by my friendship with my buddy Insurance Salesman to call this one of the greatest RTSs ever made. It actually is, though, with a great soundtrack and a wonderful medieval vibe.

A big improvement on the original, and a better game than the Pre-sequel, Borderlands 2 is a great shooter, with varied enemies, locations, and tons of guns. Classes are a bit bland, though.

Brilliant open-world RPG. Tons of branching paths, an emphasis on player freedom and choice, and some insanely memorable quests/locations. Gameplay is horribly outdated, but mods can help.

Weird game. Sort of an open-world RPG, mostly just shooting random people and walking around. Strangely compelling, though, thanks to solid shooting and characters making up for the terrible story.

Repetitive gameplay, but ultimately worth playing if you can get around that for a fantastic story and excellent setting. Lack of sequel is a bummer, but the spin-off game does provide some closure.

Disclaimer: Played during a free weekend. Excellent presentation and cool design ideas, but overly simplistic execution and lack of apparent strategic depth are problematic.

I wanted to love this, but painful repetition and an uninteresting open-world mar fun shooting. Perfect setting for coop multiplayer, but singleplayer only. Very disappointing, and kind of glitchy.
