Man of Steal & Landlord and the Tenants are developed by the same developer, Nymphs.

Man of Steal: After an accident, you find out that you can see through walls and clothes as well as reading minds. One day, your ex-girlfriend calls you and asks for help. Her sister needs a job and a place to live. Still having some feelings for her, you accept to let her sister live with you until she can find a place. But you're in a relationship right now, and it seems that your girlfriend isn't so happy about it.
Depending on your choices, the game will lead you to one of these routes:

• Super-Hero (Romance Route).
  
• Super-Villain Domination (Harem Route).
  
• Super-Villain Sharing (Sharing Route).
  
• Super-Loser (NTR - Netorare Route).

Landlord and the Tenants: After graduating from university, you couldn’t find a job due to COVID-19. Having nowhere to go, you agreed to look after your uncle’s house when he’s on his journey to travel around the world. And to earn some money, you decided to rent out the vacant rooms. Unfortunately (or fortunately), the tenants are all women. And it’s hard for a single guy like you to be living with them.
Depending on your choices, the game will lead you to one of these routes:

• Gentleman Route: If you keep being a nice guy, you’ll be able to choose one of the women or all of them at the end of the story.
  
• Pervert Route: Everyone thinks you’re a nice guy, but you’re actually a pervert.
  
• Sharing Route (available from v1.3 onwards): You decide to share the women with other guys.
  
• NTR Route (available from v1.3 onwards): You have to watch other guys fooling around with the women.
