I've played a good bit of this game and have gone on to create 2 save files because frankly I have given up on trying to even access the cursed bosses. Hitting the crystal devices SHOULD NOT AFFECT YOUR METER. I cannot tell you how many times my run has been killed by an enemy hitting a crystal device while in a room. It's a completely unfair coincidence that can kill your run in less than a couple frames. I really enjoy this game and I want to rate it positively but I just can't.
This idea of "Hitting a crystal device will change your meter to malice" has caused at least 50 runs of mine to end early before I can fight the boss I want. I have only fought cursed athena and cursed ares ONCE throughout my 55 hours of gameplay, and I have yet to fight cursed zeus. I doubt they will update this game to fix this, but unless they do I cannot recommend this game due to the sheer frustration of this mechanic.\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t

Difficulty is reasonable where once u recognize the attacks u won't really get hit unless ur screen gets overwhelmed or if ur dmg is too little that u have to take longer to clear rooms = higher chance to make mistakes. Once your damage scales and you get some form of damage negation / health back / shield back you can spend more time focusing on damage.
For damage don't get too much fissure, like most bullet hell games clogging up your screen will make you lose more often than not, get more damage boosts instead.
Cursed Zeus: Stack up on health and run, getting to the boss is way harder than fighting the boss lol
