\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\tafter an hour and half on the game, most of that time was waiting for a slot in a server. you cant play as solo. you have to be in a squad with someone in charge, usually on a power trip. the game has deffo got potential and needs to be a bit more friendly for new players. i got booted off a server twice because i didnt know what i was doing really regarding all the different things you have to learn. some of these players who can spend their life on a game needs to understand its supposed to be fun and stop taking it so serious . its a game. chill out.\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t

It's probably thee only populated sim-cade WW2 game right now and it sucks that it has so many issues which don't really seem like they will ever be addressed. My main issue with this game is how EASY it is to shoot in this game every gun's iron sights, range, accuracy, damage is SUPER good and every single gun even submachine guns are literal snipers just tap fire 1-2 shots at 200+ meters and you get kills very easy. Combine this on maps that are fairly open with little cover which.. is a lot cause a lot of maps are in Normandy which has severe lack of cover and constant shrub designs which vastly encourage camping in a bush waiting for people to cross.. It just gets boring.. This game is SUPER fun when you get people who actually communicate and know what they are doing, stick together, placing spawn points, it's a fair balanced game on both sides it is genuine fun and It's where the game shines! But honestly it doesn't really happen much maybe 1 out of 5 to 10 games at most. Also ♥♥♥♥ the queue system in this game trying to get into most servers just sucks cause they only have a max cap of 6 queue size like why?! You get stuck joining lower populated or laggy servers which causes more issues.

This game has one of the nicest most welcoming communities ive ever played with especially if you join a community discord and such. \n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\tPerfect mix of "hardcore multiplayer" action I needed. I was a big fan of Red Ochestra 1 & 2 and this hits the exact sweet spot I needed. Just enough "hardocre" and just enough Acrade shooter if I may say. When the game hits you with a good squad and a good team/commander and youre facing a dedicated enemy that has the same good go, the matches last for 1h30min of intense back and forth that are sometimes won by the end of your teeth.
1 shot = kill which I appreciate and sometimes just enough to be hit under suppresing fire that you have to heal, the game fundamentals are there and they delivers, viceral and fun.
lastly, seeing that bombing run from afar or even better (or worse) from up close is a sight to behold which makes your arsehole twitch depending on the where you are based on the direction of that bombing run. The game has many more mechanics that I will leave you to look at on Youtube (Engineers,supply runs, support, etc...)

I went in for a "Historical" and "Realistic" depiction of the Second World War in game form as advertised on the store page. Instead I got a shallow gameplay loop. The only semi-realistic servers on Hell Let Loose are on restricted community owned servers that you can't really easily get onto. Other than that it's more of just the same run and gun gameplay I can get anywhere on Steam. Why pay 50$ for this when I already have games that do the exact same thing?\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t
