The game nicely conveys the concepts of running an infrastructure service provider, yet it is not well integrated into a game.

A lot of inconsequential information clustering up dialogues, menus and interfaces, making things overwhelming to begin with, and just frustrating in the long-term.

Why can't I hook up a FW directly to the WAN connection, instead it has to go through a Gateway. Especially if the Firewall is classified in-game as a NGFW (Next-Gen Firewall, though the game doesn't seem to explain that acronym anywhere). And what is the difference between a NGFW and a Security Appliance? Are they the same thing functionally? Is it useless fluff text? The game doesn't bother telling you, or maybe it does just buried under the metric tonnes of text the game throws at you.
Why can't you have MC-LAG between switch pairs? or create a switch virtual chassis stack of more than 2 switches? Trying to follow any proper topology best-practices such as spine-leaf (which the game seemingly knows about as some switches are designated as ToR (Top-of-Rack) switches, or is that just more useless fluff text like the NGFW thing above?), just leads to pain as none of the games features are conducive to actually designing a good network.
What is the difference between an L2 and an L3 switch in terms of affect to the game? Is it something that affects the game-play in any meaningful way or more fluff that is given the exact same prominence as every other piece of required or superfluous text.
Expect to spend a lot of time waiting, there is seemingly no coherent design for the pacing.

\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\tInteresting game. Effectively as it currently stands, the gameplay is fairly bland. You buy stuff and connect wires in order to get money to do the same again and again. Especially at the start, the money flow isn't spectacular, and you have to move location in order to get a quick cash injection. Other than that, I've spent a full work week playing. The requirements for specific customers adds a layer of complexity, such as requiring a mainframe or RISKV host. I found a lot of my enjoyment came from orginising racks, reorganising, rebuilding. Currently in early access, there is mainly one or two end goals. The final release looks to expand this.
My main concern is a lot of systems are not accurate or seem half-baked. Cab neetness sounds good, but if you're pulling the cables into the cable management channels and it looks neat, you still have bad neatness score. Networking makes little sense. You can't segragate networks with VLANs (isolation) and let routers route the traffic over their ports. It needs a little more work. It was a suprise at first and I didn't like it, but actually it made it more intuative than originally, and it made the game look a lot more polished. They added the campus in the same manner. One day, I launched the game to see my objectives had been changed. The day before I was trying to understand why zones didn't exist considering customers wanted this redundancy. Next day, campus adds this feature. Some of the languages are weird, as if they've been translated. I completely ignore the ingame knowledgebase because it is useless. In technical information mode it also doesn't have entries.
TLDR;
