There are collectibles in the game, there is a list of collections of evidences that you collect throughout your investigations. I wasn't planning on refunding the game. I played some hours on my laptop and got like 30 evidences in my collection log, when i played on my main PC the collectibles were not synched. What's the point of steam cloud if you have nothing to Synchronize ? There is no currency , no progression levels. Its just the evidence log that is not synchronized. It wont even synchronize your NAME. Every device you play this on, you will lose all your progress. Besides that , an almost 10euro price for the game is too much to ask.\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t

Pros:
-Realistic scenery
-Keeps you guessing
-Is not easy nor overly hard(For the most part to the latter...)
-A lot of it's Anomalies are creative.
-Sounds seem to coincide with what Anomaly they are.(Half sure about this one.)
-There's a more challenging mode which tests your memory and skills well.
-There are multiple maps and even a Final map to unlock.
-Controls are easy to use.
-The Places actually exist.
-The Night Vision looks decent and anomalies can only be seen in their respective camera modes.
Cons:
-The Scenery is very confusing to look at. This would normally be fine.(And should be expected.)
But with how many rooms you need to keep check of, and two different Camera modes per room as well.
It quickly becomes a lot to pay attention to.
This would normally actually be a Pro, if it wasn't for some latter issues that this makes worse.
-Some of the Anomalies feel very and I mean very obviously Photoshopped(better than AI I suppose.), and this kinda pulls you out of the "horror" of the game. They are creative, but lacks the real look a lot of the other Anomalies offer.
Iffy hand in the Great hall, cut out stock photo ghost/ghosts with minor effects.(Can work, but not if it's up close. The Entrance one in the windows at the inn is very cool, and proves this very point. A Photoshop family having their faces obscured or a Photoshopped woman in A kimono just standing close to the camera with iffy teeth laughing. That barely got me, and consequently pulled me a bit out of the games realistic look.)
-With how confusing the Scenery is. Extra objects and objects being replaced are often incredibly hard to see.
I've lost attempts with majority being object related.
-When you lose, it barely explains what the Anomaly was. It only states the type and which Camera.
It doesn't need to directly point to where in the room it was. But it should explain exactly what object or Anomaly.
Because of it not being good at hinting, you can't know what too look for.
So you go in just as clueless as you were before, making you likely learn nothing and end up more frustrated for your efforts.
This is especially bad with objects.
As they seem to be so damn obscure for the most part. That you see no difference even when you try again.
This makes it even worse when there's so much to look at.
I've mainly had issues with Guest Room 1.
Intruders are normally easy to notice. But they are incredibly elusive apparently. I've only seen 1 type in there.
Yet another is apparently getting me killed.
- It leads to a lot of frustration and can cause the player to not want to continue.
It additionally makes the chance of Victory very chance based. Which is not good.
Randomness is expected. But this should just make each run feel different, Not a Roulette for victory.
It makes me feel like I am getting ♥♥♥♥♥♥ over by the game, rather than me ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ up.
If it's a Mistake done by me, where I could have seen it if I just looked. Sure that is me ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ up.
But if I can't tell the difference through many different runs and learn from it.
How am I meant to feel like I am making progress?
I've generally never noticed object changes, unless they were very obvious.(They don't need to be made very obvious. They just seem to be quite obscure from what I can tell. As I again have barely seen any, yet have had quite a few.)
And I've memorized the first map a decent bit.
I see nothing change, yet there are apparently changes in some rooms that I've not seen much if any object changes in.
Even if I wrote more for the Con part.
I would still recommend it.
The game has only been out for a month.
Anomalies can be changed. Hints can be improved.
The game can be fun if you can see past these issues.
If you love a challenge like this, this game is for you.

The programming is very janky, the localization is very lazily done and confusing. It's always unclear what makes the night session end. And paying that much for only 3 maps that get old pretty quickly is very underwhelming. It's a shame because it's a decent game to do as multiplayer, and it does have some interesting appeal.
