The whole concept of starting with a beat-up car and slowly building it into something better is really fun, and I’ve enjoyed the progression and customization. There’s something satisfying about working on your car, replacing parts, improving it, and seeing how far you can take it. Even in its current state, I think the game is absolutely worth giving a shot. The game is also very well optimized.
That being said, there are a few things I think could make the game even better. I’d really like to see the sponsors actually act like sponsors instead of mainly just lending you their cars. It would be cool to have more sponsor involvement, challenges, rewards, or other ways for them to feel like an actual part of the progression.
I also feel like some of the parts are still wearing down a little too quickly. I understand that maintaining the car is part of the game, but sometimes it feels like I’m constantly replacing or repairing things. A little more balance with part durability would make the progression feel smoother.

\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\tLove the game. I've been waiting for a racing game like this for a long time. Straightforward arcade racing but with lots of car management. a list of components that need managed on your beater car of choice:

The tracks in the game really test the limits of the beater cars from grand prix asphalt to deep rutted curvy backroads. The opponent drivers play dirty so you have to learn to escape the wreck and wreck them back or lose the race from a 80kph hit that knocks your tires off. There are 60+ different racing events across 4 different car classes that allow for hours of very competitive racing. Mods in the workshop are also nice to check out. The last update lowering the amount of wear on some components really helped with the balancing.
I only have two real gripes currently. The higher class races don't pay much and it can be very hard to find the desired tires in the shop. in the 1400 class I can earn 4250 dollars a grand prix race for little cost and cheap engine rebuilds. However, the engine rebuilds for 2000 class cars are 3250 and a set of tires runs 2200 all for an event that only pays 2000-3250. Pushing the rebuild and tires a couple races and winning every race still cant keep up with repair costs making me go back to 1400 grand prix for cash. and for the tires, I've had to rest 7 days in a row for 250 a pop just to get the desired size of offroad tires before making me race 1400 class again for cash.

\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\tpoorly balanced. progression quickly becomes a complicated mess of where is the race I need to complete to get to the race I want to do. find myself having to start over often and play through the beginning of the game over and over which is extremely boring. music is truly terrible. handling model isn't very good with heavy understeer or huge speed loss. drifting is inconsistent because you will flip randomly. this makes it hard to find any method of racing that really works.
it is fun replacing parts on your car at first. but they quickly stack up and turn into a management issue that is not a fun gameplay loop. walking parts to the trash isn't why I play video games.
The ai feels two to three times as heavy as you. often tboning you or using a PIT move on you. you cant fight back without sliding everywhere. often they will knock off your tire and ruin your race with no penalty. their tires NEVER fall off. so again they are built like tanks and too heavy to push around. paired with excessive aggression makes the ai just not fun to play against.

There are plenty of positives, the racing itself is well made, the cars actually feel like worthy adversaries and having to mentain your car is a cool concept, plus my god there are A LOT of tracks and cars in this game.
However, all of these points get nullified when you get into the actuall gameplay loop. If you get a bad streak and you retry a race too many times (which isn't unlikely by how often the other cars ram into you and push you off the track), soon enough your car will become a wreck that needs pretty much everything replaced.
Then it becomes a grind in the rental car to gather up enough money to slowly but surely replace all the junk in your car for brand new parts, made even worse by every race being Three Stages for some reason??
So you grind, slowly fix your car, and it all starts looking brighter, until you actually fix your car, start racing and realize it's actually worse than the rental car, but now the parts need replacing again and it just never ends
Some may say "just lower the difficulty", but that's the problem- the Normal difficulty is just, so, sooo close to being perfect, it geniuenly just needs the slightest tweak to make it more enjoyable and predictable.
But switching to a lower one just makes the game wayyy to easy.
Geniuenly, all this game needs is:
1. An option to choose shorter races (completing 3 stages sometimes takes like 10-ish minutes of driving and trying to not fall out/get pushed out of the race area)
2. Lowering the price of some parts (why does buying 4 tires cost more than a new engine..?)
3. Making the more expensive parts more durable
4. Some little AI tweaks (the drivers sometimes get superboosted halfway through the last lap, not fun)
5. Better explenation on how to choose the right tires would be appreaciated ngl
aaaand it'd geniuenly be a gem!
I hope the devs keep working on it and i get to change this review eventually. But right now, i would not recommend this game unless you have a loooot of free time and background music to spare\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t

And it runs good on my ♥♥♥♥-box of a pc. Beyond that, the handling model takes a lot into account, and to my surprise and delight terrain and especially weather are incredibly important to how your car and setup handle. It's a lot of fun to see the physics engine toss cars around, to be pushing a might 80 kph and feeling like you're going to die and/or your car is going to explode, or buying paint instead of the brakes that you need. Also, the repair and maintenance aspects do a lot to make racing unpredictable, my brakes failed in the middle of a race once. It was great.\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t

Handling feels a lot better since you're able to stay within a healthy durability with most parts reliably. Parts are no longer melting, and money is actually able to be saved for a 2nd vehicle.
AI is heavier and faster than you, but keeping up is not impossible. I found that turning off auto shift and manually shifting helps keep speed up, and drifting around corners while maintaining speed is a lot easier.
Unfortunately you lose a lot of handling, power, and traction when parts reach less than 70%, almost as if you lose all ability to race effectively against the AI
It feels really difficult to get back on the track without resetting your vehicle, and vehicles seem to have heavy understeer.

Obviously its a beater race, there should be some agressiveness to the cars. But these AI swerve for no reason, and if you are in first they get these unfair speed boost to catch up to you and rear end you into the bushes. Updated/edited as of 09/25/2026: They fixed basically everything that was wrong with it.
- AI is aggressive, heavier than you, and has more grip than you, but at the same time... Stupid? They T-bone you quite often, and you will lose a tire from these, but you can never do the same to them since they're heavier than you. Getting pit maneuvered yourself is normal, but doing the same to them isn't. Some races they'll eat you alive if your car's not at 90% condition, others they'll be 40 seconds behind, it's super weird.

- Parts wear out so often that the dumpster needs to be moved closer, or at least give us an option to sell it to a junkyard to make up for the pile of garbage. It's nice that you have to swap out and maintain the car but eventually things pile up and even with the cart it's a slog to move it all. Either move the dumpster closer and put a used parts/junk buyer where the current one is, so you at least have an incentive to load things into the trolley and bring em over, or make parts below 60% disappear, since basically everything below 70% is hot garbage.
This has been dealt with in the latest update (as of the 14th of Sep). Parts wear less, tires as of the 25th of Sep, also now wear much less. Car's good, much nicer to manage. :>
- Economy feels unbalanced. You can eventually make enough money to be okay, but it takes a while, I'm not sure what happens when you run out of cash, but there is at least the option of using your neighbor's car for races. I really do wish the parts wore a bit less, were cheaper, or at least you had an option to buy higher quality parts that wear out less.

Also, sweet mother of understeer. You will understeer and then watch in horror as a 2CV goes faster than you and doesn't understeer. Tap on the brakes? Congrats, you're sliding/spinning. If you're on keyboard, literally nothing you can do about it. -- This point is still here, understeer is still very much present BUT now a bit more manageable. Might be because I'm playing with a keyboard, but I'm not sure. Will try w/ a controller later.

\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\tHonestly its been quite a fun, charming little game. Multiplayer works well and the gameplay loop is enjoyable. Race, come back, fix up the wear and tear.
It could honestly be a little more mechanically deep in that regard but whats here is straight forward and makes sense.
Theres only 2 real issues I really have, and the biggest is the AI's pension for ramming. And I dont mean they bump into you or block... They do, but they will also straight up torpedo you in a corner, going full throttle into your door at 90 degree with zero intention of ever having made the corner, completely wrecking your car and taking you out of the entire race if it lands and otherwise flying off the circuit or into a wall. And they absolutely will just ram you on a straight, if they can they'll pit you and turn your car and are far more resistant to player contact.
The other major issue I have is the games wonky hitboxes. If you get within 2 feet of a rock, barrier, or tree stump, you run into its invisible, massively oversized hitbox. It makes just how tight you can take a corner a guess.
Beyond that, the AI is actually pretty easy if you have any experience in racing and keep your car in decent ~70% condition on major components. Their only real challenge is when they're close enough to ram you which is more frustrating than fun.
Regardless, I've quite enjoyed my time, and look forward to more. Game is updated regularly and each one has been very welcome, especially the wear and tear rebalance.

\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\tLovely game, really worth the price, I can't stop playing it at the moment. Really satisfying to fix up your banger, and then rag it round the track and beat your opponents. I can definitely see some of the criticisms with opposition cars seeming heavier than you, but that's only really affected me 2 or 3 times in my 14 hours of playtime. Also I find that the time trial modes are less interesting than the rallycross where you can see and outmanoeuvre your opponents, which is soo much fun.
Hot tip: definitely use manual gear changing, the auto kept putting me into gear 1 and I almost never go to that when I'm doing it myself.\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t
