It doesn't feel like your working from the bottom. there's no actual customization of the bar like you would expect from a simulator game like hand placed items. All the customers just order beer doesn't matter what type it is its all the same. its just static upgrades. there's potential but i wasn't impressed in the first hour i played. i think this should have just stayed as a dlc for gas station sim as intended. ill keep checking on this game but as of right now its not for me. If you are after the management aspect, even light as seen in Gas Station Simulator, forget it, making money is ridiculously easy, and you'll spend more time restocking vending machines than tending the bar, which is only used to serve beer, rather automatically, and later on, homemade moonshine. It is very disspointment, and quite honestly, I don't know if any additional content can fix this, the problem is at the very core of the game, maybe the concept itself. \n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\tSo it's quite short and monotonous, I finished it in ~4 hours (left it open overnight after buying it so that's where the 16h comes from). To understand my issue with it, lets compare it to a game of these guys I absolutely loved: gas station simulator.
What is great about that game is that you had a couple of places to manage that felt significantly different (the garage, the carwash, the pump, the shop, clearing sand, dennis), which broke up the other tasks pretty decently, there was also some customization available in the form of interior painting and changing the roof and all that jazz.
I had hoped to find this here too. I think the biggest problem is that it all essentially happens in the same space which makes it feel quite monotonous. So unlike gas station sim, I'm not running from building to building to do a job that needs doing or managing a different kind of inventory, I'm staying inside the same space for 90% of the time unless I'm delivering some 'fuel' which takes like 10 seconds.
I felt progression was a bit quick at times as well and there just wasn't really anything I was really looking forwards to progressing towards. Yes, you unlock different jobs but those jobs feel like extra jobs in the same space again. I was most looking forwards towards the gambling things (because that seemed like the most interesting/different kind of job) but those felt incredibly underwhelming gameplay wise. Press a button and go or fight (something you hire a security guard for). It doesn't help that the fighting is tedious and something I found I avoided doing.
You start and end with what feels like the same roadhouse. No fixing up old shacks or adding another building that supplies additional services. Yes I know it gets wider, you add the two gambling buildings that you forget about, the bar changes (in the end with very little actual visible change) and you get a bunch of vending machines. But you don't see those most of the time and they don't make the space feel different at all.
What I did like:
I liked the overall feeling of the roadhouse, I enjoyed serving customers with beer at the start, I liked being able to get cups from outside, I found the progression system interesting unlocking territory on the map is fun (I just found the rewards for progression underwhelming).
A couple of suggestions that would have made this way better would've been having a way to decorate and customise the interior, play on the instruments or add bands to play at the stage with different kinds of perks. Gameplay wise, add something that is radically different than the current tasks, is a bit more involved and preferably in a different space than the interior or right against the outside wall of the roadhouse.
Think of things like a real moonshiners hut, a 'fuel' station that is outside the main building would help a lot to break up the feel locked up feel I was getting I think.
What might also help is an actual different cocktail bar (rather than shots) that is or extends to the outside with some seating where making the shots is bit more interesting than just pouring.
It'd be more interesting if customers order different kind of booze and shots so you must give them the right beer and add the right ingredients to the shots and make those shots take multiple differents steps so you feel like you actually do some mixology. (That's a bit closer to something like the garage in gas station sim which provided a much needed job with some complexity)
All in all, I like the game and see potential. But as it stands right now, there are not enough jobs or spaces that actually feel different or interesting, nor any real satisfying progression. So I cannot justify paying almost 20 euro's for this game. Nor can I justify recommending it as it stands. (i paid 15.50 with a discount and I think that is already kinda pushing it)

Hitboxes are a bit wonky in some seats, so occasionally you’ll accidentally hit someone and suddenly anyone near is throwing hands. 💀
Would’ve loved a kitchen too, it could’ve added some much-needed content.
I paid €15, but honestly, that feels a bit steep for a game you can completely finish in 4 hours. After the first couple hours, most mechanics feel so automated that you’re basically just ordering supplies and watching NPCs do the work.
If customers didn’t vomit, ♥♥♥♥ and piss everywhere, you’d pretty much just be serving beer and washing glasses… or, more accurately, watching the NPCs do it for you.
Fun while it lasted, but I definitely wanted *more outta this game.*

Gas Station sim seems to have been a fluke.
Played the Island DLC for that and it was honestly the nost horrid thing I've played. I played Fallout 76, Cyperpunk 2077, BF 2042 all on launch and this was less bareable. (unfair comparison ik)
If you picked something up and tried throwing it away you could be launched across the map and die.
If you tried to tank a boat it would be very diffcult bc the boat bobbing in the water that sometimes be under the ground and stuck there till you relaunched.
In the mechanic shop you could get stuck inside of a beem and only way to fix it was relaunch.
Sometimes the stuff you orderd from the pc would dissapear from your storage.
Cars would flip up in the sky for no reason.
Game would randomly crash (a lot).
Saves would be comromised.
Fps would go down to constant 20 frames and only way to fix it was to relaunch.
I played it 1 YEAR after it dropped. It wasn't recently launched. They had just given up on it and didn't do any patches other than irrelavent patches that didn't adress or fix anything in game.
If they come out with another game in the future I will probably not play it. I'm sure the devs tried their "best" but yeah not worth my money and should not be worth anyone else hard earned money for this subpar quality.

\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\tSo just finished the game, I know this started as an intended DLC for gas station simulator in its current state it should have stayed that way its feels like just a over priced demo not even a early access. It has potential to be good game but with the lack of costomization, further expansion, story it feels like a water down version of gas station simulator. The police system seams weird and the mini games like moonshine is too simple it could have used more depth like a recipe system with hype rewards for good moonshine just something for a little more RPG elements. There are just a lot of repetitive actions like serve beer, clean and repeat. Hopefully the developers will add updates to the game content to make it more exciting and not just paid DLCs to expand content.\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t

Earning money isn't much of an issue so all of the extra fluff mechanics to earn said money is very trivial. The game just feels rushed and not very engaging. As others have said, it's also very short. You can have every upgrade and finish the "story" in just a few hours.\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\tI will currently give this game a negative review even though i did enjoy playing it.
First off, the lack of content is very dissapointing, finishing a simulator game within 5 hours is kinda crazy, i also find it lackluster in some aspects like having a cap of customers, not being able to put prices yourself, not able to hire multiple staff for 1 position or even them getting faster over time, the serving employees are actually very bad, even with 4 taps running they just click 1 on and wait, even with 3 glasses pre filled on the taps they will only serve 1 at a time. The rebuilding of the chairs and tables also just gets tiresome very fast
The concept is very enticing, i like the ability to fight customers and throw them out, having side hustles like gambling, the "fuel" but i would have loved for it to be more than what it is in the current state, the devs have said they will add more content but for 20 euro's this is not worth it.
Things i would love to see is removing the cap on customers, more customisation options for the bar and even the outside area like the parking lot, i think having a fuel pump within the business would have been cool, especially since this is the prequel to gas station simulator. Improving employee's, more capacity for the "fuel" packages and more variety in shots (different flavours, colours) with different prices, being able to set our own prices and in general having a more fun gameplay loop with more variety\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t
