Teased briefly at the trailer's 25 second mark, there is no further information on the store page about "Preggo or Nothing" mode, so I'm here to shed a little light on that mystery.
When you first start the game, you only have access to the standard campaign mode. This involves going through several rounds of gameplay, with story beats in-between each round and an increasing number of lives and items to deal with each round.
Upon beating the last round of the standard campaign and rolling credits, you will have access to PorN from the main menu. PorN is a more freeform game mode which is canonically set after the end of the main campaign, so stop reading here if you care about spoilers (not that there's much to spoil).
After the events of the main campaign, the succubus opponent ended up pregnant. This was not a possible outcome which was wagered or even mentioned in the main campaign, it was simply happenstance of the way things ended.
However, the succubus is mad about this, so she insists that she will get the player pregnant too if she can win this next game.
The player doesn't have anything concrete to win from this arrangement, but agrees anyway.
The gameplay starts out at a similar intensity to where the main campaign left off, with a greater variety of items than what I encountered during my playthrough of the main campaign.
There are no story beats between each round, but after winning a certain number of rounds you will be given the option to stop & claim victory or continue, allowing this to function as an endless mode.
The succubus entices you to keep going by promising to accept additional future pregnancies if she loses, which serves as the "double or nothing" connection to the name of the game mode.

Game is well made, graphics are on point except for a few animations getting a bit stretched out. Audio is great from the music to the sound effects. The premise is simple, you (i.e. the playable character named Line) have a deck of cards and you and your succubus opponent Aurea take turns drawing cards from the deck and dealing them to either yourself or your opponent. Heart cards dealt give free turns, Joker cards reduce the number of lives you or your opponent have till loss. Later on in the game a bunch of items are introduced that can help you or hurt your opponent.
It's a simple fun game IMO, but the only downside is that it's really short. As of time of writing, all that's available is learning to play the card game, an unlockable "preggo or nothing" mode which is just a quick way to get to the full game from the menu, and an unlockable gallery of the animations. There may be more content coming down the pipeline in the future, but what's available right now is pretty bare bones. Also, the story, plot, and characters are really confusing to people who haven't played PurpleCrit's/KiwiState's other games if you care about that sort of thing, but honestly this game's plot or story isn't important.

Gameplay is easy enough, pick the next card in the middle and give it either to yourself or the dealer. Whoever gets a joker card gets (sexually) punished in some way.
One thing that I like it that the sexual punishment animation varies depending on the items currently used. For example: If you used the bondage rope on the dealer and give the dealer the joker youll see a unique animation involving the rope wich is really neat.
One thing I do not like is that both the dealer and player can use multiple items at once, wich can create some really unfair situations where the dealer just oneshots you due to good item RNG.
All in all, I really like the game and I do recommend it for the welldone spritework, animations and lewd content, especiialy for this price.

The items are creative and varied, as well as fun to discover and use. Including an endless mode is a great touch, as it gives you a reason to keep playing. The animations and overall art direction are also of high quality.
