review:<br><br>I used to watch this game as a kid. It was full of features, bugs yeah, but they were fixed. Multiplayer worked fine. I played it a couple years ago with a friend and it ran fine, but Honestly 2 player co-op is so bad, but besides that it was good and bug free. Now in 2026 i play it again with a friend and the game is buggy asf. Cutscenes on the aircraft carrier make the person who triggered it invisibile, the plane gets stuck in multiplayer, items disappear, rafts disappear, players get kicked, lots of desync and problems and most of all what pissed me off is all the cut features because of the stupid console port. Like im not even surprised why nobody talks about this game or plays it. They removed the modern axe from early access, the machete, the forts, bosses feel bland now, the ending is rushed, they even removed other parts that were in the game and don't get me started on the animals, land sharks still exist after 11 years, hogs fly in the air like nothing is there, sharks flip your raft, also you removed animals like killable turtles, stingrays, marlins, goblin sharks and other fish and features. This game developed backwards. Deleted content because of a greedy console port. Also the world sync is so slow and so bad. the sync is useless if the game just breaks. <br><br>This is my opinion and my experience.
