Enemy placement is different as well, giving the starting battlefield area better pacing in my opinion. The quality is definitely there and remember, this is "just" an AA game. For someone who doesn't gravitate towards a lot of souls-like titles the combat has been admittedly difficult, but yet engaging and satisfying. But it’s only for those who like a challenge. Who likes souls-like games. It’s unforgiving, brutal, and difficult. So if you don’t like that, then this game isn’t for you.
It does have stability issues. Now for most of the time it was fine, ran great and worked really well. But there were frequent moments where the game lagged or dropped frames on me during key battles and since it's a game that requires pinpoint accuracy in timing, those FPS drops can get you killed.
But otherwise, it did everything really well. And it’s totally worth its asking price as well.
So yes, I definitely recommend checking out this game. It excels almost everywhere. Enjoy.

The setting of the game is quite unusual and feels refreshing, even if the gameplay is old, because it's basically a mix between Bioshock and Dishonored. If you loved those games, then this one is for you !
The price is fair and devs seems to listen to their community with is clearly a good point in this dark time of gaming, where 70/80€ games became the norm and people releases "products", not games.

Even though it's fun it is still a souls-like which means it's going to be painful and unforgiving, but still you should absolutely play it if you like souls-likes. The UE5 stutter is here, and it happens in combat on occasion too. The game also seems to not use multi threading on the CPU very well, it seems to be single core limited mainly.
