But I cannot for the life of me stand the introduction missions that are supposed to be teaching me about the mechanics of the game. None of the story BS matters when I just want to build a prison in a game literally titled "Prison Architect" and described in part with "Design and develop your personalized penitentiary in Prison Architect".

After years i finally decided to buy the Game on PC expecting a better experience compared to Xbox and i must say. Im very dissapointed.
The amount of bugs and lack of thought put into System hurts. The concept of Prison architect is great since its basically the opposite of what you do in the game "Escapists" but unfortunately Paradox seemed more invested in the forced 3D look for Prison Architect 2 instead of taking care of this game.
Compared to Xbox version the UI on the PC version is an absolute nightmare and very bulky. There are so many things wrong here, its hard to write all just in one comment. Also I would like a setting so prisinors are never let out and stay inside the prison forever(unless they die).
I know this suggestion will probably be ignored since the game itself isnt getting updated but still.

I guess the high average hours from others come from sandbox, but I don't really like sandbox. There's a game mode where you play as the prisoner trying to find ways to escape the prison, like The Escapist - going to try that later.\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t
