I consider this game a bit more fun though. While I understand that a lack of polish and complicated controls are sort of the point of Gang Beasts, the polished feel and more intuitive controls of this game do give it a definite edge. It also has the added bonus of being way more adorable!

I love this game SO much. It's the most funny, cute and hilarious couch coop game out there. No matter who comes over to my house that isn't a gamer, be it friends or cousins or their children. I can always put this game on and everyone laughs and has a blast playing 4-man coop.
The issue is the matchmaking, or the absence of it. Or maybe the lack of active players. Everyone who comes wants to play PvP. After about a total of 50 matches with approximately a 40% win ratio (yes my cousins play really really bad, most of the time they kill themselves), everything went wrong. The lobbies now have the absolute most vile sweatiest of tryhards in a literally child's game. Maybe it's even children playing that well, who knows. But as someone who plays competitive games in top ranks, I see their movement and strategies and I can tell, those guys are not here for fun. Good for them, I also tryhard in my games of choice. But the matchmaking needs to realize this is a disaster waiting to happen. Queue times are also now horrible. Used to be 30 seconds. Now you wait on average 8 minute queues with everyone just sitting and staring at the screen only to then get obliterated.
So now from everyone's favorite game ... Now nobody asks me to play it. As a matter of fact they hate it because they lose literally EVERY SINGLE MATCH. I'm taking 20 games 20 loses 0 wins. And it's not even close, I've never seen such a massive skill gap in any game. I'm talking level 1 LoL player vs Challengers. My friends don't even remember which buttons do what. They struggle to even pick up weapons, less even so actual hit someone with them. The skill gap is MASSIVE. I'm alright with losing all games, I play this game purely for fun. They don't. They play games maybe once a year, if that, and they want to win. I understand them.
No, I don't play solo at all and boost my MMR somehow. Always couch coop with others and they all play bad. I play bad in this game too. I don't care about winning, just causing chaos and laughing.
I'll try convince them give another chance in maybe a year. Hopefully matchmaking is added by then. But I'll be honest, I'm not hopeful.\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t

When you try to drift and hold down the button, your character tries to constantly jump, which breaks the drift and you either crash into a wall or just slow down and lose the race.
This jump button can't be removed in Nemo Kart by the user so the game mode is unplayable in current version of the game.
Absolutely NOBODY uses Jump in Nemo Kart, so why is it even there to break the gameplay this completely?

Nobody understands how teams work, and 90% of the time your own teammates will knock you out of the match because they think you're an enemy. Pretty much the entire player base doesn't speak English, so chats are pointless. If you don't like games that are stressful, I definitely don't recommend this one.\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t
