some of the worst aspects of this game is the fact that there is a lack of factions, there is only Germany, USA, Japan, and UK, almost every ww2 game should have the russian faction since they have so many iconic weapons and vehicles, however this is because support was cut short for this game i think.
theres also random weird skins and women soldiers that ruin the immersion, if there was a soviet faction then women soldiers would make sense, but having german women and japanese women as soldiers is crazy since they were ultra conservative countries that didn't want women fighting in war.

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\tBFV's campaign is pretty good, but also very disappointing.
The stories are pretty good, even solid but inferior to BF1 in almost every sense. How they feel they could get away from a WWII game without a chapter in the Eastern Front showing the USSR/Third Reich is UNFATHOMABLE for me. That battle was the one that defined the war, and it's not even mentioned here. I can't even call this American propaganda, because the Americans are also not present… It just feels like a missed opportunity to portray WWII like this. I know the whole point of BF's War Stories is to shine a light on unknown stories from WWII, for example, the Tirailleur story that was VERY GOOD and a highlight of this campaign, but not a single story in the Eastern Front is insane. I am also very surprised to see The Last Tiger chapter, it was bold, depressing, bleak, and brutal. Probably the best from BFV and the most relevant.
I also feel that technically the game took a big downgrade, the game feels sluggish, the explosions don't register well, the destruction is less impressive, the game stutters even in cutscenes, and strangely, I feel the graphics and art style are worse than previous games.
Soundtrack, scenarios and weapon variety are still excellent. I also loved the new mechanics (Skying anyone?).

Во-первых, конечно же, влияет отсутствие русской озвучки. Не скажу, что я этим очень сильно огорчён, потому что послушать оригинальных актёров озвучки тоже дело неплохое, особенно когда проходишь эпизоды в Норвегии, Германии, Франции и Великобритании с их акцентом английского.
Не скажу, что компания в BFV плохая, но мне показалось, что в пятёрке сделан упор больше на личные истории персонажей, за которых мы играем. Это не хуже, просто по-другому.В BF1 лучше показан ужас войны и её последствия.
Саунтрек тоже хороший, но в копейке он мне запал в душу сильнее. Классно сделан в некоторых миссиях а-ля "open world", а особенно вторая глава. Эти лыжи и горы - это просто восторг!

It was just battlefield one with faster gunplay and prettier maps, what's not to love? I played the hell out of this game for so long. Only thing is, the game kind of sucks now. The FPS community moved on pretty quick, so the only servers open are the Pacific Front maps. These maps are really fun and have cool dynamic events, but the gameplay gets stale when there's only a few maps to play on. The occasional Italian map just doesn't quench my thirst. Firestorm was really cool too, but lost support and never get any good updates. The whole concept of the large scale, multi-game game mode was awesome as well, and I wish the game could get enough players to have those lobbies open still.
