I want to say, thank you so much for making such a fun game that I beat multiple times with my wife, she really enjoyed getting super overpowered, she did have to listen to me complain a bit about how I didn't like the classes, but honestly, I don't think I would have had it any other way. You made a really fun, fast paced game that allowed us to make insane builds, and we made sure to beat the games as much times as we can, but she ALWAYS got her butt kicked on the ice world because of the final boss (Those ice swords are no joke... along with the freezing), but we always had a blast, and she absolutely loved throwing the bombs, that and she loved making a wisp army, and for making her smile, thank you so incredibly much, I don't know how else I can put it into words, but we really did love this game, and I hope someday, she and I can play this again together, wherever we meet again.\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t

Normally she wouldn't like this kind of game, but she loved how cute it is and she loved the little bit of character customization. I loved how responsive the gameplay felt and the gameplay loop is a ton of fun. You get a lot of progression between rounds and you rarely feel like you aren't making progress.

☑ 9 - My only reason it didn't get a 10 is because some weapons are just a bit underwhelming even when maxed out, and so if you want to beat the higher difficulties and *ultimate* endgame, you will need to lean more towards "meta" abilities, skills and weapons. The base game is still entirely doable and if you have a good run, any weapon can beat the game, but certain weapons have a less than 1% playerbase for full game completion for a reason, they can be quite difficult and underwhelming to use in comparison to others. Minor balancing issue, still and incredible game!

It's relatively short content-wise for a roguelite, but a great time with friends.
Also, fwiw, it runs great on Linux and even runs acceptably on systems with integrated graphics (tested on my system with a 12th gen Intel CPU and 16gb RAM)
