Why Early Access?

“We are going into Early Access as promised to our followers and backers, and we feel that the core game is already very functional and playable, the only lacking part is content. The game currently has its core features (customization and battle) almost completed and with our Demo we knew that our players are having fun for hours already with these two at the state, in which our Early Access build will update further and provide more of it.

With early access, we will be able to continue developing the contents for the game as well as receive great amount of feedbacks that will make the game become a better version of itself.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“The game will be on early access at least until 2023 with the amount of contents we plan to do. We have planned at least 26 story missions and will most likely be able to complete 2 for every major update we have and we will wait until the story missions are finished to say the game is completed and will take it out of early access only then.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version will have all the story missions completed, along with features like PvP, Co-op battles, other types of frames, and much much more content for the game itself. We will be posting our development plans in the Roadmap as well as the upcoming features, systems, and contents for the game soon after Early Access starts.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“At the current state, the game has

17 story missions to play with from a planned 26 mission
6 optional HUNT missions and 3 CHALLENGE missions that are repeatable to play with while we continue to update the game.
The amount of armor sets and weapons available have increased by a lot from the Demo version

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“While we are still in Early Access, the price will continue to stay at its place. However, we are thinking to change that when the game comes out of early access so you still have a very long while to buy the game at a discounted price while helping us develop the game as well!”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We currently have a discord, social media, and communities where we try to collect as much feedback as possible and see if any can be applied to the game. We will continue with this method so that we may create a game that everybody involved will have a good time playing something they really like.”

In 2022, we're planning to release Multiplayer for M.A.S.S. Builder following this timelime

- Q2 2022
Release of version 0.9.0 with alpha phase of multiplayer. Players will be able to run around in a lobby to test out network and multiplayer framework, to test out a multiplayer lobby system where players can enter into an area together, but with no goals to work towards. This is to check if everything can work out correctly with as few bugs as possible, before we work towards both PvP and PvE and release it in 0.10.0 that should happen a few months later.

- Q4 2022

About This Game

“A future in where humans lived a prosperous century and technology advancing beyond space and time,” that was what humanity should have been if not for the sudden appearance of unknown beasts of the void. A large portion of humanity were gone in the moment. War for the survival of humanity broke off all over the world, changing landscapes and settlements into warzones. Humanity were forced to relocate into shelters and reinvent their technologies into weapons of war, the M.A.S.S. technology.

M.A.S.S. Builder is an Action RPG with players piloting a M.A.S.S. (Mechanical Assault Skeleton Suit) as a commander of a private military company, setting out to help combat the threat of Quarks. You will build, customize, and fight to save the world, or at least, have fun creating and customizing your perfect mechanical suits.

The game features an in-depth customization system that has a clear distinction between equipment that gives status and equipment of pure aesthetics. You will be able to customize everything to suit your playstyle while looking good in this fast-paced mechanical combat.
