What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“We want to give you a high-quality product, but we realize that dev_me isn't finished at this stage yet. Early Access is a great opportunity for us to develop a product which community might like.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We plan to release the final version by the beginning of 2019. During this period we will add new content and balance the internal economy in the game.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We're launching Early Access with the basic gameplay structure and functioning. It means that dev_me still requires polishing with optimization and bugfixes. We'll add a big range of gameplay features such as more random events, buffs and debuffs, player addictions, new game themes and staff hiring. And this isn't our final point, because we're planning to keep in touch with our community to include players wishes into our TODO-list.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“At the moment there is all the basic mechanics such as game development, freelancing, as well as some random events. All main features are written in game description.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Most likely, the price will increase gradually with the release of new content and features.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We plan on being very involved with the community throughout development. It'll help us to collect bug-reports, tips and suggestions from community.

Harsh reality
You dont have thousands of dollars and there aren't a dozen professional developers - you will be trying to achieve everything alone and at minimal cost.

Your way to success
Do you like to make high-quality games or will you succeed at the expense of a loyal audience gained through the promotion of your blog? You decide how you will advance to your goal.

Game topics opening system
