What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“Blazing Core is a tactical online shooter in which planning and teamwork play a bigger role than mere reflexes. By studying the specifics of the game world, the players will delve into the technical aspects of each mech and will be able to fine-tune the machine until it fits them perfectly, thanks to various equipment and perks. They will need to devote a lot of time to teamwork – by combining mech abilities, the allies can gain a serious tactical advantage and significantly improve their chances of victory.
There is already a large number of strategy combinations and tactical maneuvers in Blazing Core. By interacting with real players, we will be able to see the thought process behind their decisions and implementations of their strategies. Early Access will allow to adjust and develop game mechanics in such a way that the game will remain interesting and accessible for players of any rank or experience.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“It will remain in Early Access for about six months.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version will be much more varied: new mechs, weapons, perks, visual customization, maps, and game modes. The game will get knight orders and fiefdoms. The players will be able to obtain game content in new ways. The economy system will be expanded. We are also planning on developing PvE missions and a proper story.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“We’ve already got six mechs ready. You can fine-tune their equipment, adjusting their abilities and stats. That lets you change the role your mech plays on the battlefield and create dozens of strategies for teamplay. We’ve also added a training game mode with bots and two main battle modes: hardcore “Point Capture”, that at the moment serves as a base for our tournaments, and arcadey “Team Match”, in which the players can test their skill and unwind in fun intense battles. The battles take place on two maps full of destroyable objects.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“With the addition of new content and the development of the game’s potential, the price may change.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“The team is already deeply involved with the game community on our Discord server, various social networks, and other platforms. We also record videos and stream the game on our YouTube channel, where we share our progress, plans for the future, and answer questions. The players suggest new mechanics, help us correct the existing game balance, as well as come up with ideas for expanding the world of Blazing Core. We collect feedback all the time and carefully analyze it, before implementing it in the project. We are constantly working on finding new ways of interacting with our community in order to make the development process as open as possible.”
