為何採用搶先體驗模式？

「We finished main gameplay for singleplayer mode so we think people might want to play singleplayer and enjoy the story of the game before multiplayer and co-op game modes finished.」

這款遊戲的搶先體驗時間大約會持續多久？

「Early Access will be one year. We will release the game with full functioning multiplayer.」

正式版預計會與搶先體驗版有何不同？

「Early Access is only singleplayer mode. Release version will have multiplayer and new maps for different multiplayer game modes like co-op, team versus and survival.」

搶先體驗版目前的開發進度如何？

「Early Access version is singleplayer with a starting map. All of the features are done but will be adjusted to suit more fluid gameplay.
You can collect resources, construct buildings and craft items to fight the nordic horde, explore dungeons and ruins and find treasures.」

遊戲售價在搶先體驗期間前後會有所變動嗎？

「There will be no price change during Early Access but released price will be higher.」

Opie: The Defender is a third person action adventure mixed with tower defense game that involves collecting resources, building a base and defense towers, crafting different styles of weapons, exploring ruins/dungeons, fighting with enemies.

Be first to conquer Old Kingdom's deserted islands; build your base, search treasures and secrets in its ruins. Research and craft new weapons to help you fight creatures and mysteries of the old kingdom. Defend against viking invaders by building defense towers and recruit mercenary soldiers.

Key Features:
-Dynamic Combat System-
Customise your fighting style by crafting different weapon types and upgrade the one suits you best. Every weapon has unique combos and playstyle.

-Build your base and defenses-
Collect resources and build your headquarters.
Unlock crafting stations
Research new defense buildings and weapons to craft
Upgrade your headquarter to unlock features like recruiting mercenaries.
Build your defenses from variety of towers.

-Explore Ruins and Dungeons-
Kill creatures, find treasures and solve mysteries of these ruins and dungeons. Loot unique weapons and tower blueprints.

-Waves of Viking Invaders-
Vikings are stubborn. Everytime you defeat them they will become more stronger every wave.
