Why Early Access?

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We will continue to polish and balance the core gameplay. Next we will focus on network optimizations and then graphics.

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“It contains fully playable game modes, such as:
  • Team Deathmatch.
  • Demolition (Bomb Defuse).
  • Conquest.
  • Hardpoint (King of the Hill).

The current multiplayer options are:
  • Official servers.
  • Self-hosted games.
  • Community hosted servers.

Matchmaking is not ready yet, but it is one of our top priorities.

Most of the current weapons, attachments, tactical gadgets and animations are “placeholder-content”, and will be swapped as soon as it possible.

AI (bots), for both online and offline gaming are also in the “Coming Soon” stage.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We are not going to change the price after full release.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Two ways:
  • Direct information, such as posts on Steam Community page, Discord, forums, and via bug reports.

  • Players will no longer be teleported on initial spawn in match
  • Fixed bug with decals rendering on certain player meshes
  • Flipped the rails around on the SVD and Ak47

New build is online and we are testing new patch with following updates:
  • Fixed bug with being able to unequip a weapon multiple time with the mouse wheel
  • Fixed bug with loadout changes not waiting until next spawn
  • Fixed bug with players not joining teams properly when too many players were in game
  • Fixed end of match issues with floating text boxes, players running in place and floating arms
  • Fixed bug where the player would leave a corpse at the start of a match
  • Fixed issue where sleeves could be missing on spawn
  • Fixed incorrect physics models being used for dropped weapons
  • Added negative score prevention to the new team scoring system
  • Fixed bug with gun attack animations not being loaded in packaged games
  • Fixed bug with the status screen not showing when joining a lobby
  • Fixed bug with the player count for lobbies being force to 16 instead of 12
  • Fixed bug with grenades spawning in the wrong locations
  • Removed weapon info from the HUD while using grenades and knives

About This Game

Various multiplayer options

Players have the option to connect to a nearby lobby or host their own with friends. It’s up to the player to decide whether to use official and community servers or run personal dedicated servers.

Be tactical

Riot Street is not a tactical simulator. The meaning of “tactical” and “team” is only imply that situational awareness and cooperation with teammates is the key to win on the battlefield.
The standard and brutal “Run-and-Gun” play style is not off limits, it’s just less suitable. Much less.

Build your own class

That’s right! Make your very own loadouts with no restrictions on weapons or tactical gadgets. Rifles, pistols, machine guns, knives, explosives, whatever you like! No strict classes. Only you choose what to bring to battle.

So, use it for your advantage, gear up and make the streets shake with the rumble of bullets!

One battleground - different scenarios

Various game modes across each map:

Demolition
Two teams, two sites to protect or destroy (with explosive charge). Fire in the hole!
Conquest
Control capture points, dominate on the battlefield and try to stop your opponents dead in their tracks.
Hardpoint
Keep your enemies out of the control point and make their attempts futile.
Team Deathmatch
Full on battle mode, the deathmatch to end all matches. Attack and destroy everyone that comes across your path. Just wipe them out from the land. All of them. Repeat if necessary.
