🏒 UPDATE: Super Blood Hockey ⛸️

Hello progressing people,

we are very proud to announce that we made huge progress and finished implementing the second indie game Progress Bar in our game, the initial loading screen, the Progress Bar from Super Blood Hockey (you can checkout this awesome game over HERE), made by @LorenLemcke
And because the Super Blood Hockey loading screen looks like what it looks like, there are also new sound effects exclusively for it :music:
I have to say, none of us expected so much meta ever in any Progress Bar we would put into our game, but here we are with a whole new level of meta :lunar2019coolpig:.

Big thanks and shoutout to Bre GamerRising (@friepod) for bringing this amazing game and developer to our attention

🎉Rise_to_Progress_RELEASE_update_final2.doc 🎉

Good news, everyone!

It should have been here from day 1, but Valve was really concerned about the copyright of this Progress Bar, so we launched without it.
But now IT IS BACK!
We proudly present the Rise to Ruins loading screen!
Ray (the really awesome developer of Rise to Ruins) gave us the permission to use his logo and loading screen in our fun little game and we are proud to finally bring it to you

Also we updated the RUN.bar, so there is now a Progress Bar counter, that when we Update and add new Progress Bars the speedrun times stay competitive.
Sadly your old record will be overwritten when there is a new Bar in town, but hey, there is now at least one new Progress bar to encounter

“It's a PC release where you simulate some of the greatest loading screens of all time, choosing to go as fast or slow as you want to.”

About This Game

TL;DR

So, you don’t care about a lot of text? I’m fine with that.
Press buttons on your keyboard to make the Progress Bars go up and down.

Intro

Progress, the final frontier. Since everything progresses, but not as fast or slow as YOU want it to, you can take full control of progress in this game.
Made with (mostly) historically correct Progress Bars from the history of computers.
A truly passionate approach on the most significant achievements of the modern age: THE PROGRESS BAR, finally becomes a game.

Gameplay Singleplayer

Use any key on your keyboard (or mouse) that you might associate with “right/up” for progression and the “left/down” direction for regress.

normal
Progress and regress as you wish, at your personal pace.

idle
Modern computers are often way too fast to fully enjoy the beauty of Progres Bars. You can finally watch as many Progres Bars as you want, in their pace. Slow and smooth.

RUN BAR
In case your modern life is NOT fast enough, why not try speed-running and Improving every playthrough?

Gameplay Multiplayer

Can you beat your friends? ALL of them? AT THE SAME TIME?
Go against your friends and challenge them in a game of keyboard destruction to find out who can press faster space or backspace.

Twitch
Play with or against your audience on Twitch, just set the channel name in the “Options” menu.
Any chat message with a + in it will make progress and every message with a - in it will make a regress.
Every message has only one action.
Streamer VS audience, who will win?

What other players Say:

But don’t trust my words alone, this is what other player have to say:

  • “I am speechless.”
  • “We played it straight for an hour against each other.”
  • “This is totally awesome!”
  • “This is how I imagine the next ransomware will be.”
  • “I have absolutely no clue what you are trying to make here.”
  • “I am highly underwhelmed.”
  • “This must be interrogation software used by the CIA to destroy ppl’s minds.”

So what do you waiting for?
Start making Progress!
