Why Early Access?

“Troubleshooter is a game still under development. It is still in its alpha stage.

Troubleshooter will be sold on Steam’s Early Access so that players can enjoy the game as early as possible. We want to communicate with the users for feedbacks so that we can develop a turn-based RPG game which everyone can enjoy.

The game is still under development which means you may experience lack of contents, bugs, in-game errors, and performance issues. We will do our best to improve the game through live updates but please understand that other issues may arise from the quick live updates we provide. Nevertheless, supporting us now will enable us to receive feedbacks from the players and refer to it for development. The feedbacks you provide us will decide how the game will be made.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“It is difficult to estimate how long Troubleshooter will be on Early Access, but we are aiming to release a 1.0 version by the first half of 2019. We plan to provide users with continuous updates and support after the 1.0 version is released.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The official release of the Troubleshooter will be a complete turn-based online RPG.

- You will be able to experience Albus and his colleague’s story as a complete episode.
- You can develop characters customized for your own battling styles by combining different masteries in the game.
- Stages with different ways of completing the missions and simulating different villains and beasts within the game will be available for play
- PvP contents and Co-op plays with other users using unique combinations of units developed by the players will be added to the game.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The basic battle and stage structure is complete at the moment. The game consists of a tutorial stage, 28 additional stages and 17 repeatable stages ready for gameplay. We are currently in the process of developing contents to be added and we plan to provide users with at least one additional scenario stage or repetitive stage every week.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We will review the price depending on the game development and contents to be added.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Troubleshooter will cooperate with the community through various channels to provide users with the different experiences a turn-based RPG would provide. Troubleshooter hopes to receive opinions and feedbacks through the Steam Community Forum. It is our aim to develop the game with clarity by taking in honest feedbacks and wanted modifications from the community.”

About This Game

[Notice] We are focusing to provide new scenario missions and characters. We have no multiplayer contents yet. But for the safe and pair player information, You need a network connection.

[Notice] No offline mode provided now. Offline mode will be released once story mode has been finished.

[Notice] Troubleshooter has a regular maintenance and update every week. Please keep in mind that you will not be able to access the game during that time.

About Troubleshooter...

The basic system and interface part (cover, overwatch, rush) of a battle to operate a combat system is similar to 'XCOM'.
However, core battle rules for combat and the growth of characters that affect combat is similar to 'Final Fantasy Tactics'.
Troubleshooter is a RPG game with strategic elements, not strategic games. So we like a more forgiving regarding death.




Troubleshooter is a turn-based RPG with the story of Albus and the events happening around him. The story begins with Albus becoming an official Troubleshooter who then returns to his hometown to begin his journey as he meets new friends and colleagues on the way.



The story of Albus will be updated continuously.

You will experience different events and meet different people and make it through the missions by playing as Albus and controlling his colleagues.

The characters appearing in the missions will have different decisions to make, and this will affect the relationships of the characters within the game to provide a slightly different story depending on the decisions.



The current version contains tutorial, 28 scenario stages and 17 repeatable stages.

There are colleagues who accompanies Albus through the game. You will be able to meet different characters as you play his story. You might meet them during missions and become friends or you can recruit them to make them an official member of the company.

Users may recruit different characters and choose different combinations for each mission to suit their style of play.

The current version allows you to recruit Sion, Irene, Anne, Heixing, Ray and Giselle as your team member.
