You are not leading an army of heroes. You are not commanding a party of chosen champions. You are one adventurer on a desperate quest, armed with whatever you can carry and whatever courage you have left.

Each journey is a new attempt to push farther, grow stronger, defeat the evil that threatens the realm, and rescue the kidnapped maiden before all hope is lost.
