“A "game" that has literally nothing to do. In Early Access since late '15, the dev has not released any updates. Forums are filled with dead threads & broken promises. It's free, but no reason to play”

What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“Although we are creating an adventure game, we would still like to know opinions of the wider group of gamers during the development of the game. We want to create the best game experience possible for you and it is impossible without your feedbacks during the development.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Early access will last for approximately 3 months.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Firstly, the graphics will be improved and the main protagonist will be upgraded. There will also
be multiple endings, better sound effects and quality, and last but not least - seperately
announced support for multiple languages. (We want to do the translation as one of the last
things after the full debugging is complete.)”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Currently, we are finished with almost all of the game scenes, including the intro and the outro.
The scenario is at 90%, the sounds and graphics are still in progress and their completion
depends on the future feedback.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“No! As we have promised, our game will always be free-to-play for everyone.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We want to create an atmospherically interesting game that will give the players shivers. The
idea should be exceding the present and yet to come horror games. We need to know how the
game makes you really feel. What is the atmosphere like? What are your overall feelings about
the game? Therefore, your feedback is very important for us, since we will modify the
atmosphere based on your feedback!

There are things that will remain unchanged in the game: some mechanics or the overall
functionality of the game. However, we take into consideration every opinion of the community
members and we will reply to everyone! We want to deliver the best game possible to you!”

About This Game

I must kill...: Fresh Meat is hand-drawn classic 2D point & click adventure with a light horror story. The story is about an unnamed butcher, who had his own world since childhood, from which he was violently torn away. Our butcher was never able to deal with the new age, therefore he considers everything modern including modern behavior as disgusting, and he despises the modern era.

I must kill...: Fresh Meat is not about jumpscares, but it is trying to pull in the player into the story with its atmosphere. The game is concurrently trying to show the player, that younger generation is addicted to modern technology, and is also disrespectful to each other.

Who is the human pig then? Butcher? Or the other?
