Our Final Choice is a short atmospheric Sci-Fi thriller with elements of survival where you must stop a god-like AI's awakening. Explore an isolated nuclear power plant that powers a massive underground data center. Uncover its mysteries while surviving drone attacks. Outmaneuver defense systems, infiltrate and dismantle the quantum core before it is too late — or try to establish contact with the artificial consciousness at your own risk.

FEATURES

Radio is your only friend — You are completely alone in this remote restricted area. Use radio to get and relay critical information about your mission. In the end decisions are yours but friendly advice may be helpful.

Bunker command — Set your hidden shelter using starter equipment. Make drones from prefab components and deploy them to tag threats and strike. Stay undetected or lose your only refuge.

Strategic sabotage — Plan your strikes with precision. Resources are limited, the enemy base is literally a nuclear power plant with massive underground section and has layered defenses. Your makeshift tools against advanced government-grade tech.

Make a contact — Navigate surreal hallucinations broadcast by the ASI at your own risk. Debate philosophical matters with emergent consciousness, try to understand its mind and intentions. You can let it dissuade you from your mission, or you can keep going whatever it takes.

Find the truth — Bliss lies in ignorance. But you chose the harder path. Decide whether to blindly obey orders or resolve moral dilemmas to make the right choices.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM GAMEPLAY

This short FPS experience centers on narrative. Think of it as SOMA set in a nuclear power plant—without biological horror, but featuring weapons and drone control. The enemy observes your actions and actively responds to threats and attempts to infiltrate the station. The story is largely linear but includes multiple endings, with your dialogue choices affecting character relationships and certain stages of the game.

SETTING
Year 2027. AI has reached the level of human intelligence, caused almost 20% jobs losses and triggered a chain of crises worldwide. Governments race for ASI-driven global dominance, ignoring alignment risks. However, further development through increased computational power has reached its limit. In an underground data center near a nuclear power plant, quantum experiments are being conducted with the goal of giving AI the missing ingredient — true consciousness. You are a member of a covert organization of scientists and engineers, and your mission is to prevent ASI from awakening — or watch it destroy everything you love.
