Ingredients you bring back from your adventures are converted into three nutritional stats—Ampeyas, Beast Meat, and Soulgrain. Aim for the red target zones to cook stable, high-scoring dishes, or deliberately “mess up” the numbers to gamble on unexpected buffs or debuffs that add extra spice to your next journey.

  Unlock the Weapon and Monster Compendium, where you can track how many times each weapon has been forged and collect short lore snippets about monsters—filling out the pages as you go and uncovering more of the world behind the battles.

  Press ESC during an adventure to open the Adventurer’s Guide, where you can quickly look up affixes, status effects, and more—everything you need at a glance to plan your tactics on the fly.
