What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“I’ve chosen to go down the early access path for a few reasons the primary being I’m a mostly solo developer working on this project in my spare time.
Developing this project has been a long task and I’m working on trying to make the best product I can so I’m going to need feedback form you the community.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Based on the current progress and development schedual I antisipate the game to stay in early access for around a year to maybe a year and a half while I work on adding all 3 episodes of the story and finish the side modes”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The current Early Access version is a side mode from the main game called Midnight Investigator which is being built as a remaster of the original version of the game that the community loved enough to get this project onto Steam.

As the main game is completed I’ll be adding the Episodes to the live version as well as updating “Midnight Investigator” so there should be a more steady stream of new content for you to play and give feedback on so i can know if I’m going down the right path :)”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The early access version of the game currently offers an alpha version of the side mode Midnight Investigator which is aimed to be recreation of FNAF 1 and 2 with slight mechanical alterations.

The Current build is mostly complete only missing the final 2 nights and "Endless Nightmare" mode for the FNAF 1 recreation”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The game will alway be free for owners of FNAF 4 as per my agreement with Scott Cawthon”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“I'm going to work to be as engaged with the community as possible getting feedback in the communty pages and discord server.
Using this feedback to improve the developement and state of the game and possibly adding new features I didn't even think about.
This game is intended to be built by FNAF fans for FNAF fans”
