Infos zum Spiel

On the outskirts of a small village stands a massive tree whose canopy disappears far above the clouds. While grandiose on the outside, its interior houses the humble Mortem Post, which receives and delivers letters from those who have passed on. Deciding to break protocol to lend a helping wing, Rain, a flighty little courier takes a skittish girl by the name of Mila on an adventure through the inner workings of the post office. Together, they search for a letter containing the last words of someone who seemingly never existed.

One part visual novel, one part puzzle adventure! Follow Rain and Mila through the mysterious Mortem Post as they meet with various couriers working throughout the tree and make use of Rain's trusty stamp collection to overcome a myriad of obstacles that stand in their way!

Often during your adventure, you'll need to take advantage of stamps to tie words together in intuitive ways to help Rain and Mila out of various sticky situations. No two puzzles are exactly the same -- from choose-your-own-adventure style outcomes to stealth missions, you'll see just how versatile Rain's stamps can really be!

cv: Beth Pierce

A rookie courier at Mortem Post and granddaughter to the postmaster. As a no-stamp rank, she's still learning the basics, such as handling front desk duties or sorting ground-level mail.

While she loves her job, she's prone to bending the rules that come with it, often causing trouble for herself when her mentor inevitably finds out.

cv: Mel Valentine

A young seaborn girl from the village of Vitae. She's been a regular at Mortem Post recently, coming in every day for the past three weeks asking for a letter she's expecting from her dearest friend who has recently passed on.

A bit of a crybaby, her tears upon hearing that her letter still has yet to arrive are what move Rain to take her on an adventure through the back of the post office.

cv: William Maloy

Though a courier by name, in actuality Mizore's duties to the post mostly involve the upkeep of the tree's exterior. Trimming branches, ensuring it's continued health and so on. While the tree stretches upwards forever, they never stray higher than the clouds, lest the task become impossible. They have a friendly, laid-back demeanor, finding much amusement in Rain's day-to-day ordeals. Arguably too much, as they end up playing along with just about anything she readies as an excuse and, as a result, lets her get away with pretty much everything.

cv: Elissa Park

A Three-Stamp ranked courier and Rain's Big Sis (no relation.) Unlike her fellow galekind, Neve is firmly planted to the ground thanks to her missing wing. She's found a comfortable position in the post office that takes advantage of this. Staying out of the sky allows her to get to know the other villagers in a way those who stay airborne do not, and as such, she's able to deliver letters that arrive at the post office with vague recipients such as "the kind regular who always visited my shop" or "the woman who delivered flowers on my birthday."

cv: Vyn Vox

A courier who has achieved the rank of Five-Stamp. With her prestige comes no small amount of additional responsibilities, including the training of new staff. Her newest trainee, Rain, has caused Caile nigh endless grief. The young galekind's reckless disregard for the rules of the post clashes constantly with Caile's ceaseless chase for perfection. Rain's repeated patterns of defiance have only doubled Caile's efforts, however, and it's not uncommon for her to hover around Rain for much of the day if her duties do not pull her elsewhere.
