About This Game

About the game

[The Grilled is a mystery dinner mystery adventure game from the first-person perspective of a royal investigator. Trapped in a mansion located on the estate of a fallen nobleman, you must collect clues about the various events that cross your path, connect them together, and interrogate suspects to uncover the truth.

An incident has taken place...

Strange events are constantly happening around you. The mansion becomes claustrophobic, certain objects disappear, one of your guests disappears without a trace... Suspicions abound.

Connect the clues in a case

When a case occurs, you need to collect clues that are relevant to the case.

  • Connecting the dots between clues can reveal new facts that were previously unknown.

  • Certain clues become evidence that can lead you to a conclusive fact.

  • As you collect evidence, you get closer and closer to the truth of the case.

As you explore, such as looking closely at a trail or successfully connecting clues, you earn evidence. Evidence can be shown to others or used to uncover other clues.

Once all the evidence has been gathered, the outline of the case will emerge and the dinner party will begin...

The dinner party begins

At a dinner party, where everyone gathers, you have the opportunity to talk to many people.

Over the course of the meal, those who were present will discuss the events that took place, and in the process, suspect each other - and you are no exception...

Make sure you present the evidence you've collected during your exploration appropriately, so that the conversations at the dinner table are closer to the truth.

The Flames of Truth...

Properly presenting evidence and pushing the suspect in a case can bring you closer to the truth. But in the Fallen Realms, there are no judges, no police... Suspects can sometimes lie one lie after another and try to hide the truth until the end.

The Queen has granted you the power of judgement to remedy this situation, and that is...

The 'Grilling' allows you to ‘scoop’ your opponent's testimony to get them to stumble, and ‘poke’ them to see through their lies and provide conclusive evidence.

If you succeed, your opponent will pay for it with the flames of their soul.

What lies beyond the truth...

A hermetically sealed mansion, everything disappearing one by one, suspicious people living cut off from the world... What terrible truth lies at the end of all the events and suspicions?
