Over dit spel

Attention this is a very good game, but it is not always easy, requires a strategic sense and a vein of discovery! We are committed to keep making it better and better! In the coming months, you can expect additional content expansions.

Take control of an armored scout in a post-apocalyptic side-scrolling game with real-time strategy and pixel art graphics! Your decisions can help ensure that humanity's hope is not lost.

"The Last Experiment" is a base-defense strategy game. Your base starts as a small shelter, and your mission is to conquer a devastated, monster-infested Earth set in the year 2805. You’ll attempt this by planting radiation-resistant crops while deploying unique combinations of passive-defense tools—designed by the player—to fend off the encroaching "Fleshvine." Your goal is to prevent it from breaching your territory, killing your creatures, and infiltrating the remnants of humanity at your base.

To achieve victory, you’ll likely have to endure numerous failed runs before building the arsenal of tools and creatures capable of withstanding every assault on your base. Early on, you’ll battle smaller packs of enemies, but by the end, you’ll face the diverse and challenging units of the "Fleshvine." If our hero, Redveil, dies or loses the Moldbreaker armor, all is not lost. Death is merely temporary—Redveil will rise again and again to continue the mission of constructing the radio tower.

"The Last Experiment" is not a traditional strategy game. As Redveil, you’ll dash around to assign valuable functions to your helpful robots (if you have any). You’ll craft and combine unique tools, build them underground in the safety of Echo Station, and then take them to the surface. You'll research and discover new creatures, figuring out how to use them in the most efficient way possible.

And there’s a lot to do: constructing light-based defensive tools, repairing long-lost technologies, researching creatures for better defenses and faster progress during a run, sending expeditions to the surface, attacking "Fleshvine" outposts to secure new lands for farms and devices, gathering supplies from crates, and uncovering small messages from the past to learn what happened to the world.

BREED, DISCOVER, BUILD… and while you’re at it, SAVE HUMANITY!
