“I'm launching Delve Down Under into Early Access because I believe that building the best possible game requires involving players early and often. The core gameplay loop, core mechanics, and initial systems are currently in place, offering a solid foundation that I'm already excited about. However, I know that balance, feature prioritization, and uncovering those unexpected issues are best done with a passionate community providing real-world feedback. I want to hear your thoughts on everything from ability tuning and enemy difficulty to user interface improvements and ideas for future content.

My approach during Early Access is centered around community collaboration. My goal is to be as actively engaged on the Steam forums and official Discord channel as possible, listening to your suggestions and tracking bug reports. While development paths can evolve, my goal is to provide periodic updates that address issues highlighted by the community, help refine existing systems based on collective feedback, and potentially introduce new features and content from our development roadmap as resources and feasibility allow. I believe this iterative process, guided by player input, offers the best path towards improving Delve Down Under throughout its Early Access journey.

“During early access, only the first act of the game will be playable, but we plan to include more acts in the full version of the game. We also plan to introduce a broader variety of additional content, such as more items, weapons, guns, perks, enemies, playable characters and story events.”

“In the game's current state, the first act of the game is playable, along with 2 playable characters. There is a moderate variety of weapons, guns, items, perks and content to keep the player interested until full release, but this content will steadily expand as we work with our community and their feedback.”

“Yes. I plan to gradually raise the price as I ship new content and features.”

“The primary hub for daily interaction, feedback collection, and direct conversation will be the official Discord server. I encourage players to join there to share their thoughts, suggestions, bug reports, and gameplay experiences in dedicated channels. I will be actively monitoring these channels, participating in discussions, and providing regular updates on the game's progress.”
