You've awoken in a familiar place. You are being hunted for your misdeeds. With blood on your hands and weight on your conscience, you must collect the relics of your past, and confront your demons once and for all...

Welcome back to Slaughter Me Street.

In this official spin-off to the 123 Slaughter Me Street series, you are tasked with collecting the Relics that have been randomly dispersed throughout the world, while avoiding the terrors that hunt you down. Your only solace is your trusty flashlight, and the scarce safe zones. Can you survive?
