"The game is under active development, you can already evaluate some of the content, including survival or some dungeons. But at the moment the full world is not available, there are bugs in the game and we are working on it. Some game mechanics are already playable but not finished yet. Therefore, the game goes into early access, and you can influence how the game will develop further."
