About This Game

Explore countless underground dungeons and face a variety of creatures from European folklore. Help to rebuild Sigiswal using the upgrade system, which unlocks advantages and new areas in the village. The price of death

Embark on a dangerous journey where every defeat has its price. Do you hate losing? Then choose your path carefully, because death will take your hard-earned loot! And as if that wasn't enough, the rune curse increases with every fatal exit, which can cost your hero valuable bonuses.

Team up with friends and explore the underground in multiplayer mode for up to 4 players. Good friends share everything, so why not life points? One life bar for all comrades-in-arms, because real friends fight through thick and thin. Or do they?

Deadly surprises

Evil lurks in the Underground... and with it deadly traps, barricades and puzzles that can thoroughly spoil a quick passage. Jump over dangerous ravines, find secret rooms and navigate through swinging axes. Just the normal everyday madness.

Your Sigiswal

Help the villagers rebuild Sigiswal. In the Underground you will find many materials that are urgently needed. The more the village recovers, the more quests, stores and other bonuses you can unlock. You choose what is rebuilt and when, giving Sigiswal your own touch.

The power of runes

Use the power of the ancient runes to improve your hero. You can unlock buffs and abilities on the rune board. But be careful! The rune curse increases with every death. Initially, only the costs increase, but once it has fully spread, your new abilities disappear and with them your hard-won runes.

Nerves of steel or nervous wreck?

Do you want to venture underground with caution or take full risk? No problem! Lindwyrm offers three difficulty levels, allowing you to decide how tough the challenge should be. The higher the level, the more damage you can take, but you also get more loot. At the hardcore level, one wrong step can be your last, and you must start again with a new hero.

Story

Once upon a time, evil sorcerers tormented people day in and day out and made their lives more difficult. The terror was so great that people began to fight back and sent out heroes to drive the sorcerers underground.

Water under the bridge, all peaceful. At least that's how the young people in Sigiswal see it, while the elders still tell the old stories, filled with fear. But then the earth shakes and creepy monsters emerge from every crevice. When you reach the shores of the village, the whole place is in ruins. Countless people are missing and the monsters underground will not rest. 

Will you help the villagers and venture into the depths? And where are all the heroes when you need them? 

Lindwyrm’s use of German and European creatures and hero tales offer a change from the usual fantasy worlds and will retell the well-known and the forgotten stories.
