Miksi Early Access?

Blackroot is a passion project created by a solo indie developer. Early Access offers the opportunity to shape the game together with the community, gathering feedback, adjusting gameplay mechanics, and expanding the world based on player suggestions. Building a deep and atmospheric survival experience takes time, and Early Access ensures that the final game meets the expectations of those who believe in it from the start.

Blackroot is expected to remain in Early Access for approximately 12 to 18 months. However, this timeline may be adjusted based on player feedback, the scale of new content, and the overall quality of the experience.

As a lone survivor, you must gather resources, craft tools, and build shelter while fending off hunger, disease, and relentless undead creatures.
