As a solo developer, I think the best way to develop Gun King is with constant feedback from the community to ensure the game is fun and balanced.

Being in close communication with the community is key to development for us. We are on Discord, the Steam forums, and we watch a lot of the YouTube videos of the game to learn about how players are playing / interacting with the game. We believe there is no other way to develop the game to its full potential.
