What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“We are an indie game studio that consists of a small group of developers. We have been spending our personal money on Apex Point for years but recently the project got bigger so releasing the game as an early access will help with receiving feedback on the game to improve it and will speed up the development progress.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“The game might remain in Early Access for a couple of years because it depends on the development team size and the feedback we receive about the game but the goal is to keep it as an early access till the base of the game is completely finished including a decent car list and fully working career with multiple races in each type and a larger map.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version is planned to have the following:
  • Working Multiplayer
  • Huge car list
  • Multiple races in each type of racing (Drag, Drift, Street, Wangan races,...etc)
  • Expanded map including the expressway (wangan) linked with mountain passes (touge) and race tracks

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current state of the game is fully playable with progression but lacks content.
We have a limited car list and only real life sized Daikoku-wharf as a starting map. However, the game should be enjoyable as most game mechanics are almost finished.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The price may gradually increase as we include more content.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“The community has a huge influence over the game as the goal of the game is to build a dream car game. Every comment on the game is taken into consideration and we receive suggestions from our community. Please consider giving suggestions on our discord server.”
