Why Early Access?

“Non Fingo has a long way to go, but enough of the basic features have been completed to carve out a fun experience. I want to start player testing early to avoid going too far down the wrong track as we add new features (which is all the time, so playtesting should stay fresh).”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“NF should be in early access for the rest of 2024.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Plans for cooperative multiplayer, fully built out ship interiors, more exciting game modes and locations, and extensive mod support are in the works.
Most of the technical work is already done for these features, but at this stage we are focusing on polishing the core mechanics and user interface before we bring the rest of the functionality to life.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Currently, NF is a single player wave defense space combat simulator with limited ship interiors, functionality, and destinations. It is more of a realistic arcade game than a complete galaxy simulator; it's fun, but the real excitement is the possibilities it represents.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The price will remain the same throughout early access, but may increase afterward.”
