The tollgate was built at the junction of trade routes to a nearby castle. The huge stone walls and towers of the gate towering vigorously over the passers-by, not promising much hope to those who want to avoid the guards' vigilant gaze. On both sides of the gate, a smaller market has developed where merchants offer their goods. A little further on, a river with calm water flows, fed by a dam built on the nearby lake. Once upon a time, there was a harbor here, and between the gate and the dam, there are still traces of the ruins built by a previous empire.
