During your Secret Service Agent duty, you have participated in the most undercover operations in the world. It seems like you've already seen everything, taking part in missions involving military and civilian targets, humans and inanimate objects alike. In comparison, your new assignment seemed like a walk in the park: guard and ensure the correct development of operations of a secret research base in Antarctica...

As it turns out, the base’s crew are not very trusting or friendly, the facility requires constant work and repairs, and the harsh environmental conditions of the Arctic are not helping. Recent reports of strange incidents indicate that at least one crewmate is sabotaging your daily operations. Can you build your crew’s trust, save the base, and solve the mystery of secret research in one of the most hostile environments on the planet?

KEY FEATURES:

Environment - hunger, cold, stress, or contamination can be as fatal as facing a monster.
Choices - build reputation and relationships with scientists - decide how the game ends.
Trust no one - teamwork helps but how can you be sure who is human and who is not.
Time - escape/kill the creature(s). Last man standing? You aren’t human anymore.

Flamethrower? Yes, please! bullets are for humans, everything else requires a much hotter approach. Not to mention the cold environment. This thing shall be saving asses. Lots of asses.

SURVIVE

Stuck in the middle of nowhere at the coldest location on Earth?
Remember, staying outside in these conditions is suicide. Your first objective is to keep warm - find fuel to maintain power and heat.
Once you’re warm, make sure to eat. Humans need food like power generators need fuel. Check the food in case of any manipulation or contamination by unwelcome guests.

Protect your neck from humans and strange creatures alike by finding or crafting weapons.
Take care of the mental health of you and others around you. Too much stress or panic may make anyone snap and result in uncontrollable behaviors, attacks, acts of sabotage, or even suicide.

THINK BEFORE ACTING

Every decision you make is vital. It is up to you to try and keep everyone alive or kill each scientist to “avoid becoming a monster” yourself. What you do is up to you. Just remember, good relations, teamwork, wise decisions and charisma give better results than a gun.

LEARN FROM YOUR MISTAKES

You have nothing to start with and after that it only gets worse, so remember:
If you don't have enough heat - you freeze and die. You remain outside for too long - you freeze and die. You don’t eat enough - you die. If you see too many horrible things - you eventually crack and die.

Be quick or be dead! Find out who is human and who is not. Defeat the creature or escape.
