Master Lee’s challenge

Every morning, the richest entrepreneur alive sips Yorkshire tea and thinks about the one thing he never found: a true successor. So, he builds a test anyone can try. A business challenge based on one of his first hustles. He calls it Business Heroes: Street Grub. Pass his challenge, and you prove you’ve got the heart and the brains to lead.

Your mission

Start a food-truck business that lasts. Grow so fast that it bothers your rivals. Meet the hidden conditions Master Lee set along the way. If you go bankrupt, you lose. If you stay sharp, you rise.

What will you do?

• Create burger recipes people want to buy.

• Set prices that feel fair or not... but make you money.

• Plan upgrades and expansion without going bankrupt.

• Spend on marketing when it matters.

• Hire, train, and keep your team steady.

• React to weather, events, and a changing economy.

At night, you make decisions: strategy, pricing, upgrades, hiring, marketing.

By day, you watch it play out on the street. Queues, rushes, reviews, surprises. No fluff. Just your decisions, working... or not.
