About This Game

Vanguard Fantasy is an exhilarating combat-focused video game that features a dynamic roster of antiheroes and villains from the Skitrow Universe. Immerse yourself in epic battles where the objective is to defeat opponents by using a variety of attacks and special abilities, or by having more remaining health than the opponent at the end of a round. As players engage in combat, they accumulate a super meter that can be utilized to execute devastating combo attacks for maximum impact.

With 14 unique characters, beautifully crafted stages, and a variety of soundtracks that complement each stage, Vanguard Fantasy offers an immersive and engaging experience for all gamers.

This game features several modes for players to enjoy, including Arcade, Vs Mode for Player vs Player, Player vs CPU, and CPU vs CPU matches, Training Mode, and Online Play with Rollback Netcode.

Pepper

Pepper's story is a tragic one, as she lost her family at a young age and was forced to fend for herself on the streets. She quickly discovered her powers and learned to harness them for her own survival. Her experiences on the streets hardened her, making her fiercely independent and unafraid to take what she wants.

Doc Optic

As a scientist who lost his sight, he gained a new vision and perspective on life after regaining his sight through his ingenuity and the help of special lenses. The serum that saved his life could also have granted him enhanced abilities, such as increased strength or intelligence, making him a formidable force against any villain who threatens his city.

Nova

Nova has the ability to absorb and redirect energy. She can absorb energy from her surroundings, such as light, heat, or electricity, and convert it into powerful blasts or shields. She can also absorb the kinetic energy of physical objects, allowing her to deflect incoming attacks or increase her own strength and speed.

However, using her powers drains her energy, and she needs to rest and recharge after using them extensively. Nova also struggles with the morality of being a vigilante and worries about the consequences of her actions.

MECHINICS

"If you're familiar with the classic gameplay style of the versus series, Legion X provides the same similarities, along with its own spin, of course. Most of all, movement is very fluid and can still be tweaked over time. As far as in-game mechanics go, just to name a few of the main core mechanics, you can expect the following:"
