“Flinger Tactics has a core gameplay loop that is functionally complete with three separate game modes and a customizable rule set. The game itself is completely playable and a lot fun! But there's so much more I'd love to add and that all depends on the level of interest from players.

I chose Early Access because I'd love to get as much feedback as possible to determine the best changes and features I can add to make this the best turn-based sports game featuring cute creatures of all time. :D”

“I plan on fully releasing Flinger Tactics sometime in mid 2020, depending on player feedback, along with a mobile version.”

“The Early Access version shouldn't be drastically different from the full release build. The most important change will be fixing some minor bugs along with listening to player feedback and making small adjustments to improve the overall user experience.

Currently there's free play, quick play, and tournament game modes in place. I would love to add an additional season-based game mode which may or may not be included in the full release, but that all depends on the level of interest from players.”

“Currently the core gameplay experience is stable and playable (and pretty fun!) on Mac and Windows devices. Players can play matches against the computer or local co-op player with a customizable ruleset in single matches or tournaments. There's also a practice arena where players can learn the basic mechanics of the game in an endless non-turn limited environment.”

“No, it will always be free because I'd like as many people as possible to experience this game so that I can determine whether there's a viable audience for strategy sports games.”

“I'll be listening carefully to community feedback both on specific features, as well as general concepts of what type of experience players would like from this game. Since this is a very niche genre I'll be very engaged with passionate players to figure out what they like and dislike, and I'll be able to tailor the development process to incorporate their feedback iteratively.
