SubnetPing is a handy tool to get information about used IP-addresses in an IPv4 network.

You can scan entire /24 Subnets for used IPv4 Addresses in the Network.
Simply Scan from your local Interface Address of even scan a custom remote subnet.

- MAC Addresses of online hosts
- Hostnames of online hosts
- SNMP device strings of SNMP devices
- Ping Times (in ms)
- Number of Hops (Router) on path to target IPv4 Address

Restrictions:
- IPv4-Address resolution only works if the host responds to Ping requests
- MAC-Address resolution only works in local Subnets
- Hostname resolution only works if your systems default DNS can resolve the host.
- SNMP resolution only works in local Subnets on SNMP devices
- Hop count only works if number of hops smaller than TTL
