End-User License Agreement ("Agreement")

Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading or using “Chewing” ("Game").
Game here means Software, image files, all accompanying files, data and materials received with your order of “Chewing”.
By clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading or using the Game, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
This Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and KYOTON TEAM and it governs your use of the “Chewing” game made available to you by KYOTON TEAM.
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not click on the "I Agree" button and do not download or use the game.
License
KYOTON TEAM grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Third-Party Services
The Game may display, include or make available third-party content (including data, information, Games and other products services) or provide links to third-party websites or services ("Third-Party Services").
You acknowledge and agree that KYOTON TEAM shall not be responsible for any Third-Party Services, including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality or any other aspect thereof. KYOTON TEAM does not assume and shall not have any liability or responsibility to you or any other person or entity for any Third-Party Services.
Third-Party Services and links thereto are provided solely as a convenience to you and you access and use them entirely at your own risk and subject to such third parties' terms and conditions.
Your Use of the Game
By downloading and installing the Game, you confirm that you are either over 18 years of age, or if you are under 18 years old, that you are 12 years of age and older and you have obtained your parent or guardian’s consent to download, install and use the Game subject to this EULA which they have read.
Term and Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or KYOTON TEAM.
KYOTON TEAM may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from KYOTON TEAM, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Game and all copies thereof from your computer.
Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the game and delete all copies of the Game from your computer.
Termination of this Agreement will not limit any of KYOTON TEAM’s rights or remedies at law or in equity in case of breach by you (during the term of this Agreement) of any of your obligations under the present Agreement.
Amendments to this Agreement
KYOTON TEAM reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our game after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the game.
License restrictions
You as user who agrees to the terms of this Agreement are not permitted to sell, transmit, host or otherwise commercially exploit “Chewing” game. This also includes that user can’t modify, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer “Chewing” game. User can’t copy or use “Chewing” game for any other purposes except for personal, non-commercial purposes. This game or content can’t be used for any illegal or immoral purposes.
Intellectual property
“Chewing” game, its contents, and its logos are exclusive intellectual property. This also applies on KYOTON TEAM content. All other trademarks, copyrights and logos are property of their respective owners.
Limitation liability
This game, all accompanying files, data and materials, are distributed "AS IS" and with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The user must assume all risk of using the program. This disclaimer of warranty constitutes an essential part of the agreement.
Updates
“Chewing” game is going to be updated regularly with new features, bug fixes etc. whether KYOTON TEAM decides it is needed. “Chewing” game is not collecting personal information from users. KYOTON TEAM may implement the feedback or suggestions that it receives from users who are willing to provide, without compensation or credits given.
Health and Safety Precautions
The game or content may contain flashing lights, realistic images and simulations. Please read this notice before you or your child use the service.
Some people experience side effects such as motion sickness, epileptic seizures, momentary loss of consciousness, dizziness, motion sickness or nausea when viewing certain types of flashing light or pattern including when playing video games. This may happen where a person has not previously suffered in this way and have no known symptoms or history of such side effects. If you or anyone considering using the Game suffers or has suffered in this way, has a condition which makes this possible or has experienced similar symptoms, please consult a doctor before using the Game. If you or they are already using the Game please stop and consult a doctor. If you or any part of you feels tired, fatigue or discomfort whilst using the Game please stop and rest. If it continues after you stop playing please consult a doctor. If you have suffered or suffer from an injury playing games can aggravate it. In that case please consult a doctor. Failure to follow this advice may result in long term injury.
In addition, in no event does KYOTON TEAM authorize you to use this game in applications or systems where game 's failure to perform can reasonably be expected to result in a physical injury, or in loss of life. Any such use by you is entirely at your own risk, and you agree to hold KYOTON TEAM harmless from any claims or losses relating to such unauthorized use.
Governing Law
The laws of Serbia, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Agreement and your use of the game. Your use of the game may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

Entire Agreement
